• Delivery details — the delivery addresses you save, and your device location if you grant location permission so we can suggest a nearby address and the correct delivery hub.

• Device and usage data — app version, device model, operating system, and basic diagnostic logs used to fix crashes and slow screens.

2. How we use your information

• To process, pack, and deliver your orders and to show you live order status.
• To provide customer support and respond to your queries.
• To send order confirmations and delivery updates.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and misuse of our service.
• To improve product availability, app performance, and the overall experience.

3. Location data

Location access is optional and is only requested to auto-fill your delivery address and to route your order to the nearest hub. You can decline it and enter your address manually, and you can revoke the permission at any time from your device settings.

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with parties who need it to complete your order:

• Delivery partners — your name, delivery address, and contact number, so they can hand over your order.
