These terms govern your use of the KNPC Products website and mobile application. By placing an order or using our service you accept these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Your account

• You must provide accurate details and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or repeated non-acceptance of delivered orders.

2. Products, pricing and availability

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Product images are for illustration. Natural spices vary in colour, size, and aroma between harvests.
• Stock is limited and shown per delivery hub. If an item sells out after you order, we will inform you and refund that item.
• We correct pricing or description errors when we find them. If a price error affects your order, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel.

3. Orders

• An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted once we confirm it in the app.
• You may cancel an order free of charge before it is packed. After packing, cancellation is subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
• We may decline or cancel an order due to stock, delivery area limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, and will refund any amount already paid.

4. Payment

• We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including cash on delivery where available.
• Online payments are handled by third-party processors. We do not store your full card details.
• Where a payment fails but the amount is debited, it is normally reversed by your bank within 5–7 business days.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines, charges, and serviceable areas are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by weather, traffic, or other conditions outside our control.

6. Food safety and usage

• Store spices in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and use them before the date printed on the pack.
• Check the ingredient list if you have allergies. Our products are packed in facilities that handle multiple spices, so trace cross-contact is possible.
• Our products are food items and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.

7. Intellectual property

The KNPC Products name, logo, product photography, page copy, and app design are our property and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to resell products without authorisation.
• Interfere with, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Submit false orders or misuse promotional codes and referral rewards.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our place of business.

11. Changes

We may amend these terms. The current version is always available on this page, and continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
